William J. Schirmer, MDDr. William Schirmer is a board-certified general surgeon with more than 30 years of experience as a clinician, educator, and researcher. He has practiced in Delaware since 1999.  Dr. Schirmer has been Chairman of the OhioHealth Grady Memorial Hospital Cancer Committee, a commission on cancer accredited physician, since 2001. He is dedicated to providing the highest level of care for all patient surgical needs. His extensive experience with endoscopic and minimally invasive surgical techniques benefits many patients in the Delaware community.
